Do you have insurance?
Safety is necessary for everyone. As professionals, we have full liability insurance.
Do you take requests?
Yes. We customize your event, creating the best entertainment for you and your guests. You provide specific
songs you would like to hear through our interactive planner. We also accept requests during the event.
How will you be dressed?
We dress appropriately depending on the event, unless you specify the desired attire. Proper attire reflects a positive image to your guests.
Do you use professional gear?
We use a CPS (Computerized Performance System) for all events. However we do have the ability to play CDs, if necessary. To insure reliable service and quality presentation, we use professional sound equipment that is not available to consumers.
Do you have an emergency back up equipment?
You have no need to worry, our systems have an integrated backup to allow minimal down time.
When do you arrive to setup?
Depending on your event, we arrive between 30 minutes to one hour in advance for both setup and sound check. Set-up time is included in your package.
How will you be setup?
We agree, appearance is important. Our free-standing setup is unobtrusive and contained with no dangling cords or messy tables.
Are your services guaranteed?
Yes. Our contract guarantees you an entertainer and the package of your choice. In the event of an emergency, we have a network of DJ’s who can provide the same level of service that we expect of our entertainers.
